We will ship all orders the same day between our hours of operation. Any order received after 4p.m. eastern standard time will certainly ship the following day without fail. The shipping system will automatically e-mail you a tracking number for delivery confirmation. If you decide to refuse a package or return a package to us, we will be happy to credit you back as long as the product has not been opened and its within 7 days of purchase. You will be credited back for the product LESS the shipping and handling expense. Any amount of a return outside of our 7 day allowance can be credited to your account with store credit to be used at a later date.
